Dr. Francisco Santolo

CEO & Founder at Scalabl ⋄ The Startup Hacker by Forbes ⋄ Harvard Alumnus Francisco Santolo is an economist and MBA graduated from UCEMA, with postgraduate studies at other prestigious universities such as Harvard, Stanford, Kellogg, Chicago Booth MIT, and Singularity; recognized in 2017 by Forbes magazine as the “Startup Hacker”, he was 13 years old when he founded his first company, Relativo. 10 years of corporate experience leading Regional Divisions for Latin America, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, inspired him to found Scalabl in 2016, now a Global Training & Consulting company, and collaborative Entrepreneurial Community with +1300 Alumni in 50 countries. He´s an international Consultant, Trainer, and Speaker, having co-founded over 50 companies, and helped build or grow more than 500 within the Scalabl network. He was the Keynote Speaker at G20 YEA 2018 and integrated the Argentinian Delegation at Fukuoka, Japan, 2019. Member of the Executive Committee at TiE Hong Kong and Charter Member, and appointed ASAEDE´s Board Member.

Max Teh

Chairman & CEO, Founder at Netrove Ventures Corp. Mr. Teh’s background spans the legal, corporate advisory, M&A and corporate finance, venture capital and technology industries in Asia. Trained in London, then in Hong Kong, he has undertaken major engagements in M&A and corporate finance including deals such as the listing of companies in Hong Kong and London and cross-border M&A. He has extensive experience in advising, managing and operating technology start-ups/growth companies in Asia having previously invested in, advised and taken interim positions in many such companies. Prior to founding Netrove, he was a partner, director and COO at Clarion Capital, a regional investment firm. Before that he was a senior associate and a member of the Corporate & Finance Group at Simmons & Simmons for a number of years where he specialised in corporate finance, securities and commercial deals including international public securities offerings, cross-border mergers and acquisitions (including takeovers), securities and regulatory advisory work, corporate reorganisations and restructuring. Currently, he sits on various public boards of directors/advisors including that of Genetec Technology Berhad, a regional precision engineering group based out of Malaysia and listed on the stock exchange of Malaysia. Mr. Teh holds an LL.B. (Hons) from Leeds University, England and an LL.M. (Hons) from Queens’ College, University of Cambridge, England.

Creating and implementing innovative “blitzkrieg” projects with lasting impact is my speciality. Give me a goal and I’ll make it happen in the shortest possible time. Proven! Even though a technical and analytical mind, love of sales and working with people has brought a vast number of experience and achievements, mostly in sales, establishing new companies in the shortest possible time (hence – the “blitzkrieg” ;)) and management. My goal is always to establish open and dynamic culture of open communication, trust and high engagement of teams to establish the impossible. Never afraid to move boundaries and set new opportunities. More of an “out of the box thinker” and highly goal oriented. With a strong stress in team work. Always empowering people to create lasting impact.
