Prof. Alexandros Psychogios

Prof. Alexandros Psychogios Professor of International HRM at Birmingham City University, Birmingham City Business School Prof. Alexandros Psychogios is a Professor of International HRM in Birmingham City Business School at Birmingham City University. He is also a Visiting Professor at Cyprus International Institute of Management (CIIM) and a Research Associate in South Eastern European Research Centre (SEERC). His specialization are on International HRM; Leadership, Neuroscience & Complexity; and Performance Management.

Steve Lambert

Associate professor in educational leadership at the University of Chester, UK Steve Lambert is an associate professor in educational leadership at the University of Chester, UK. His work involves the academic leadership of programmes related to educational leadership within the Faculty of Education and Children’s Services. He supervises masters and doctoral students and researches in the areas of educational policy discourse, the development of sustainable leadership as a leadership concept that secures the future of educational leadership, the mapping of leadership traits and the role of emotions in leadership. He was the recipient of the 2016 FETL national research fellowship.

Vojislav Lazarevic

CEO at Addiko Bank Serbia Since 2016, he has been the President of the Executive Board and General Manager of Piraeus Bank in Belgrade, managing the strategic and organizational activities of the bank. In the period from 2009 to 2016, he was a member of the Executive Board of Vojvodjanska banka a.d. Novi Sad, which was in charge of coordinating and supervising the activities of financial markets, brokerage and financial consulting, as well as business with the economy. In the same position, he was in charge of coordinating the marketing and communications sector. From 2008 to 2009, he was the Director of Investment Banking and Financial Markets at Vojvodjanska Banka. At the National Bank of Greece, from 2006 to 2008, he was a member of the Executive Board, while from 2005 to 2006, as Assistant Director General, he established the Retail Banking Sector, and was also in charge of relations with large corporate clients, monitoring financial markets and business development. From 2001 to 2005, he held the position of Deputy Director of this bank. At the Societe Generale bank in Athens, he traded currencies on the interbank market, in the period from 1999 to 2001.
