A special workshop was held today at DR.MCR Human Resource Development Institute of Telangana for journalists and public relations officers from Nepal, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Tajikistan, Ethiopia, Kenya, South Sudan, Seychelles, Mozambique, Uganda, Tunisia, Sierra Leone, Lesotho, Trinidad & Tobago, and Chile. Sponsored by the Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India, participants were eager to learn about international trends, new media, AI, ethics, and crisis communication. There was a strong interest in understanding best PR practices in India and the important role of the Public Relations Society of India in shaping the profession.
