The World Innovation and Change Management Institute (WICMI), is the main organizer of a major conference dedicated to current issues in the protection and enforcement of copyright and related rights in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The conference will take place on April 15, 2026, at the City Hall (Vijećnica) in Sarajevo, bringing together local, regional, and international experts, including representatives of IFPI and AGICOA.

A highlighted session of the program is the panel:

 “The Relationship Between Rights Holders and Users – Positive Practices and Challenges in Law Enforcement”

The event aims to foster constructive dialogue between rights holders, users, and institutions, with a focus on practical experiences, regulatory challenges, and examples of successful cooperation and best practices.

The conference is organized in cooperation with the Association of the Film Industry “UFI” and the Phonogram Producers’ Rights Protection Association “Fonogram”.

 This event represents an important platform for knowledge exchange, strengthening cooperation, and improving the practical implementation of legislation.
